You're Worth It is an annual conference designed to inspire and uplift students as they prepare for the upcoming school year. This faith-based event reminds attendees of God's constant presence and their inherent value.
JERRY O'NEAL
This conference was born by God's direction and for God's glory so that all North Alabama students, both youth and college age can be reached. In the day we are living, we continue to hear the horrible stories of bad home life, lack of parenting, drug addiction, sexual misconduct, neglect, loneliness and depression and all other manner of evil. This conference was born so that all could hear someone say Jesus is Lord and “You’re Worth It”
ZEKE CARWILE
Zeke Carwile is currently a sophomore at Campbellsville University located in South Central Kentucky. Zeke is a great student and amazing football player for the university. Even more than that, he is an amazing young man of God with a heart to minister and serve whomever God places in his path. We are very blessed and honored to welcome Zeke to the 2026 You're Worth It Conference!
STRENGTH TO STAND WORSHIP TEAM
STS Worship is a collective team of pastors, musicians, worship leaders, and songwriters who serve the local church every week. It launched in the fall of 2020 as a ministry partner of Strength to Stand to lead dynamic and powerful worship experiences for these events. From attendances of 50 to 15,000 - STS Worship also serves other ministries and events such as: camps, D-Now weekends, conferences, Sunday / midweek services, etc.
The You're Worth It Conference family is very excited to welcome the STS Worship family, and we can't wait to see what the Lord has in store for this summer's conference.
CARSON BROWN
In a world full of social media and endless scrolling, I’ve definitely had those moments where I’ve questioned my worth. It’s easy to compare yourself to everything and everyone online and start wondering, Am I really enough? Do I matter? I’ve fought those internal battles more times than I can count.
And every single time the world left me feeling empty or not good enough, God showed up and reminded me of the truth: You’re worth it. Not because of what I do or how I look, but because He created me on purpose and for a purpose.
And for me, “You’re Worth It” isn’t just a slogan or a catchy phrase—it’s a constant reminder that I am a child of God, deeply loved by the King. That’s the truth I hold on to, and it’s the truth I want others to know too.

JORDAN MILAR
Jordan is currently serving as the Worship Leader at Cove Baptist Church in Owens Cross Roads, AL. He and his wife Paris and son Asher are a beautiful family and very valued members to the CBC family. Jordan is extremely talented and we are very excited and blessed to welcome Jordan to this year's You're Worth It Conference.
